Special Election Results

In the special election measure 21-203, the ban on short term rentals in residential zones in the unincorporated areas of Lincoln County passed. Both of the proposed taxes for the city of Newport, the food tax and the gas tax both failed. The North Lincoln Fire local option levy passed. The Seal Rock Fire local option tax also passed. While the local option tax for Yachats Rural Fire Protection District failed.
